Very Good Condition - Minor wear consistent with age and history. Paper has wear and pin holes in the corners which is covered by the mat. 

Stunning, 1937 charcoal nude drawing signed Estelle Levin in pencil lower right. Drawing done in charcoal on paper and on reverse is the date 1937. Image measures 5 3/4"x9", overall measurement with wood frame is 18"x21 3/4".

Estelle Levin Siegelaub was born in Philadelphia in 1917. Her work started in advertising and she went on to explore realistic and abstract painting and in the mid century she was making abstract silkscreen prints. She studied art in New York and later moved to California.
